Background
Youngerman Search Partners,
Inc., is an executive search firm, based in Athens, GA, specializing
in the placement of mid-upper level Sales, Marketing and General Management
executives in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Founded in 1999, Youngerman
Search Partners is not a new name in the Consumer Packaged Goods
industry. Our founder, David Youngerman, has recruited in the industry
for thirteen plus years, and is proud that Youngerman Search Partners
has earned a reputation as one of the premier boutique search firms for the
niche it serves.
Philosophy
The overriding business
philosophy at Youngerman Search Partners is relatively a simple
one: "To provide clients and candidates with either search capabilities
or career counsel that enhance their careers as well as the bottom line of
their employer." We see our job as two-fold: 1) We enhance
people's careers by placing them in the correct career choice, and 2) Help
surround them with talent that equally adds value to their career
